Submit a Roundtable Proposal

We welcome proposals for roundtables of up to five speakers. In a typical roundtable, panellists will give a short introductory statement of 5-6 minutes and the rest of the session will consist of discussion and debate. To submit a proposal for a roundtable at the 2012 Literary London conference, please fill out the form below, giving a 500 word abstract of the roundtable as a whole with details of the roundtable organiser, the chair, and the panellists. You can compose your abstract in another application (such as Microsoft Word) and paste it into the box below. Please enter all titles, names, and institutional affiliations as you would like them to appear on your name badge and on the conference programme. The fields marked with an asterix are compulsory. When you have completed the form, press the 'Submit Proposal' button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page. The deadline for receipt of proposals is 31 March 2012. You will be informed by the end of April 2012 if your proposal has been accepted.

After you have entered your message, press "Submit Proposal". You will then be prompted to enter some random letters that appear on the screen. This is simply to confirm that your message is genuine and not sent by an automatic spam generator!
 
 
  After pressing "Submit Proposal", you will be taken to a page confirming that your message has been safely transmitted to the conference organizers. If you get an error message, please try again after a short interval. If you continue to get error messages, please contact the conference organisers.

You should receive confirmation of whether your paper has been accepted by the end of April 2012. If for any reason you need to know earlier, please contact the conference organisers..
