Lee Jackson is the webmaster of www.victorianlondon.org, a large site which collects 19th C. texts describing life and manners in Victorian London, as well as photographs, press articles, advertisements etc that illuminate various aspects of Victorian society. He is also a librarian, currently working at the University of East London, and a writer. His first novel, London Dust, a 'modern penny dreadful', will be published by Arrow in March 2003.
